Experienced in fundraising, M&A, and go-to-market strategies, he has spent 5+ years advising entrepreneurs on scaling businesses, organizational growth, and navigating complex operational challenges.

Jan Gunash

CGO, Co-Founder

Growth strategist with 9 years of data-driven commercialization experience and 5 years of building and leading exceptional sales teams. Formerly a sales lead, where he helped scale an alpha product to millions in revenue. Specializes in taking products from inception to market, driving revenue growth, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.

Fernando Ferrer

Interim CTO

A seasoned data engineer and AI developer with a strong track record in both corporate and academic settings. As a founding member of Q2 Metrics, acquired by IQVIA in 2016, he has led successful tech initiatives for clients like Pfizer, the Paris 24 Olympics, GoodWater Capital, and Queen’s University. In 2021, he was nominated for the Ontario Premier’s Award in Technology.
